How will the charge appear on my credit card?
The charge on your credit card will be from Plywood Office.
Can I pay with check / cash or money order?
Yes, simply go through the checkout process, and select the "Check / Money Order" payment option. Submit the order, and follow the instructions that indicate where to send the payment. Make sure to include your order # with your payment. We are not responsible for checks, cash, or money orders lost in the mail. Any returned checks will be accessed a return check fee.
Do you accept orders from outside the USA?
For all orders outside the USA we need to verify the shipping cost before we can process your order. We will notify you via email to confirm we do ship to your country and with details for how to pay for your transaction. We are not responsible for orders lost by foreign postal carriers nor any additional customs or duties charges which may be applied by your country of residence. All orders from outside the US are subject to special handling and as a result may take longer. Some items may not be available for international shipping.
Plywood Office does not share customer information with outside parties.
Sales Tax will be applied to your order if it ships to an address within the state of Illinois.
In the very unlikely event that shipping charges will be higher than originally estimated, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card.
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damages, please refuse the delivery and notify the shipping service immediately.
Plywood Office does not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect or shipping error.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Plywood Office from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorney fees and costs resulting from the use of its services or products.
Plywood Office warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defect (workmanship and/or material) and may repair or replace defective parts for a period of up to 1 year from the date of purchase in accordance with the conditions set forth below. Proof of purchase is required and Inspection via digital image sent by customer to Plywood Office may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists.
If a manufacturing defect is found, Plywood Office should be notified promptly of the defect. Cost of shipping to and from Plywood Office is not covered by the warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is made solely to purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty for any product is rendered void under any of the following conditions: Improper maintenance or improper use. Any product modifications by dealer, consumer, or other parties not authorized by Plywood Office. Normal wear and tear or discoloration. Damages incurred during transportation. Damages incurred during assembling or maintenance. Damages incurred by accidents or abuse.
